No need to talk.
PHONE CALLS, MADE MORE ACCESSIBLE

A phone call shouldn’t stand in your way.

When speaking is difficult or the local language is a barrier, SHPROHLI makes the call on your behalf.

Describe your task, review the plan and let the AI assistant speak for you. Follow the conversation in text and keep the answers afterwards.

EVERYDAY CALLS

What would you like to get done?

Start with a question, a message or your own task. These are examples — you describe the goal and review what the assistant may say and do.

  • Can you repair my bike?

Ask a workshop about your model, appointment requirements and what to bring.

  • Which course would suit me?

Ask a course provider about levels, available places and accessibility. The provider answers your questions.

  • Did my form arrive?

Check with your Gemeinde whether an application arrived, which documents are missing and how to send them.

  • Can I book a time on Tuesday?

Approve one booking within your chosen time window, or confirm an existing appointment. No rescheduling, cancellations or payments.

  • Please let them know I’m late.

Pass on a message, report a repair issue or ask someone to call you back.

  • I have something else to ask.

Describe your own everyday task: who to call, what to ask and what information may be shared. You review the plan before the call.

BEHIND SHPROHLI

Calling and me: it’s complicated.

Ivan Slavinskyi

I’m Ivan Slavinskyi, the founder and developer of SHPROHLI. Because speaking is difficult for me, I know how quickly “I’ll just call the municipality or the doctor’s office” can turn into a whole project. And chances are, you know the feeling too: there’s always that call you keep putting off until “later” suddenly becomes urgent.

That’s why I’m building SHPROHLI. You write down what you need, review the plan, and the assistant does the talking. The decisions stay with you. It helps when speaking is difficult, when you’re not confident in the language of the call, or when you simply prefer writing to calling.

CONTROL AND TRANSPARENCY

Clear limits for everyday calls

  • Before the call, you review the plan and the information the assistant may share. During the conversation, SHPROHLI uses that information as needed. You can follow the transcript and stop the call.
  • The assistant identifies itself as AI and asks to record and transcribe the call. AI processes the reply to recognise consent. The main conversation and recording start after consent.
  • AI conversations and transcripts can contain errors.
  • You choose whether the recording is deleted after final transcription or kept for 7 or 30 days.

SHPROHLI is designed for legitimate, low-risk everyday calls. It is not for emergencies, harassment, mass marketing or high-risk legal, medical or financial decisions.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when SHPROHLI makes a call?

Does the person know an AI assistant is calling?

Yes. SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and says who it is calling for before asking for consent.

How does the recipient give consent?

SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and asks the recipient whether the conversation may be recorded and transcribed. Their answer is processed by AI to recognise the choice. The main conversation and recording start only after consent. SHPROHLI first asks verbally. If the answer cannot be understood reliably, the assistant may offer confirmation by keypad.

What happens if the recipient says no?

The call ends. SHPROHLI does not continue the conversation or start recording it.

What information can the assistant share?

Before the call, you review the plan and the information the assistant may share. During the conversation, SHPROHLI uses that information as needed. You can follow the transcript and stop the call. The assistant is instructed to share concrete facts only from the approved objective and approved information. Background context alone does not authorise disclosure.

What happens if the recipient asks an unexpected question?

The assistant is instructed to use the information approved before the call and to ask for clarification or explain when information is missing. AI conversations can contain errors.

Are transcripts always accurate?

No. Live and final transcripts are generated by AI and can contain errors. Check important names, dates, numbers and commitments against the recording while it is available.

Which calls and phone numbers are supported?

The beta supports legitimate, low-risk everyday calls to valid Swiss destination numbers in the languages shown when you create a call. With your explicit approval of the service and date/time limits, SHPROHLI may either book or confirm one appointment with the called recipient. Confirming an existing appointment requires its exact date and time. A new booking uses the first offered time that meets your limits. Rescheduling, cancellations, payments, deposits and new financial or cancellation terms are excluded. The recipient must confirm the appointment during the call; a proposed time alone is not a confirmed booking. SHPROHLI has no access to the recipient's calendar.

Can I delete my recording and call data?

Yes. You can delete a stored recording or delete the personal content of a completed call from its call page. Some limited records may remain where needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting or legal obligations.

When is a call credit used?

A credit is reserved when a call starts. It is used only after the recipient consents and gives a substantive answer to your task. A factual negative answer, an answer that they do not know, or a referral to another contact also counts. A connection, greeting, silence or immediate refusal alone does not use a credit. If no substantive answer is confirmed, the credit is returned when the call ends. The task does not have to be resolved. No payments during the beta.

One less call to put off.

Start with 3 free call credits. A credit is used only after the recipient agrees and gives a substantive answer about your task.
