No need to talk.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about what happens before, during and after a SHPROHLI call.

Version 1 · Effective 2 Sept 2026
Does the person know an AI assistant is calling?

Yes. SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and says who it is calling for before asking for consent.

How does the recipient give consent?

SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and asks the recipient whether the conversation may be recorded and transcribed. Their answer is processed by AI to recognise the choice. The main conversation and recording start only after consent. SHPROHLI first asks verbally. If the answer cannot be understood reliably, the assistant may offer confirmation by keypad.

What happens if the recipient says no?

The call ends. SHPROHLI does not continue the conversation or start recording it.

What information can the assistant share?

Before the call, you review the plan and the information the assistant may share. During the conversation, SHPROHLI uses that information as needed. You can follow the transcript and stop the call. The assistant is instructed to share concrete facts only from the approved objective and approved information. Background context alone does not authorise disclosure.

What happens if the recipient asks an unexpected question?

The assistant is instructed to use the information approved before the call and to ask for clarification or explain when information is missing. AI conversations can contain errors.

Are transcripts always accurate?

No. Live and final transcripts are generated by AI and can contain errors. Check important names, dates, numbers and commitments against the recording while it is available.

Which calls and phone numbers are supported?

The beta supports legitimate, low-risk everyday calls to valid Swiss destination numbers in the languages shown when you create a call. With your explicit approval of the service and date/time limits, SHPROHLI may either book or confirm one appointment with the called recipient. Confirming an existing appointment requires its exact date and time. A new booking uses the first offered time that meets your limits. Rescheduling, cancellations, payments, deposits and new financial or cancellation terms are excluded. The recipient must confirm the appointment during the call; a proposed time alone is not a confirmed booking. SHPROHLI has no access to the recipient's calendar.

Can I delete my recording and call data?

Yes. You can delete a stored recording or delete the personal content of a completed call from its call page. Some limited records may remain where needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting or legal obligations.

When is a call credit used?

A credit is reserved when a call starts. It is used only after the recipient consents and gives a substantive answer to your task. A factual negative answer, an answer that they do not know, or a referral to another contact also counts. A connection, greeting, silence or immediate refusal alone does not use a credit. If no substantive answer is confirmed, the credit is returned when the call ends. The task does not have to be resolved. No payments during the beta.
