Privacy Notice
How SHPROHLI handles personal data when you create an account, prepare a call and use the service.
Version 1 · Effective 2 Sept 20261. Who is responsible
SHPROHLI is operated by Ivan Slavinskyi, [on request], 8355 Aadorf, Switzerland. Questions about privacy or personal data can be sent to privacy@shprohli.ch.
2. Account data
We process the information needed to create and protect your account, including your name, email address, verified mobile number, account settings, active sessions and credit history.
3. Preparing and making a call
To prepare and place a call, we process the recipient's name and phone number, your call objective, the information you approve, the selected language, assistance reason and call settings. SHPROHLI uses this information to prepare a call plan for your review and to carry out the call after you approve it.
4. Recipient data and consent
SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and asks the recipient whether the conversation may be recorded and transcribed. Their answer is processed by AI to recognise the choice. The main conversation and recording start only after consent. The assistant says who it represents. Consent is requested verbally first. If the answer cannot be understood reliably, the assistant may offer confirmation by keypad. If the recipient does not consent, the conversation ends.
5. Recording and transcription
After consent, SHPROHLI can show a live transcript during the call and create a final transcript from the recording after the call. Live and final transcripts are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Important names, dates, numbers and commitments should be checked against the recording while it is available.
6. Service providers and international processing
Twilio provides telephone calling and SMS verification. OpenAI processes call preparation, consent recognition, AI conversation and transcription. Where translation or call summaries are enabled, OpenAI also processes the relevant plan or original transcript for those operations. Resend delivers account emails using the recipient email address and message content; call recordings and transcripts are not included in those emails. These providers process the data needed to deliver their part of the service and may process it outside Switzerland. We use provider arrangements and safeguards intended to protect personal data when it is processed internationally.
7. Retention
Audio retention is selected for each call: delete the recording after the final transcript is created, keep it for 7 days, or keep it for 30 days. The first option still involves temporary recording; it does not delete the transcript. Translation or summary processing does not extend audio retention. Other account and call data, including saved translations and summaries where enabled, is retained while it is needed to provide the service, meet the selected settings, protect the service and comply with applicable obligations.
8. Data export and deletion
You can download a JSON copy of the personal data currently associated with your account. You can delete stored recordings and completed call data from the relevant call view, and you can request deletion of your SHPROHLI account from the account page. Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
9. Security
We use access controls, account verification and operational safeguards designed to protect the service and the personal data it processes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your password and verification codes private and report suspicious activity promptly.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction of processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. Contact
Send privacy and personal-data requests to privacy@shprohli.ch. For account, call or abuse-related help, use support@shprohli.ch.
