No need to talk.

Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you create a SHPROHLI account and use the beta.

Version 1 · Effective 2 Sept 2026

1. About SHPROHLI

SHPROHLI is a beta service for legitimate, low-risk everyday phone calls. Access and calling availability may be limited during testing. It helps people make calls when speaking or the local language is a barrier. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, use your real first and last name, keep your sign-in details secure and do not share verification codes. You are responsible for activity through your account and active sessions. You may download your data or request account deletion from the account page.

3. What the service does

Before the call, you review the plan and the information the assistant may share. During the conversation, SHPROHLI uses that information as needed. You can follow the transcript and stop the call. SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and asks the recipient whether the conversation may be recorded and transcribed. Their answer is processed by AI to recognise the choice. The main conversation and recording start only after consent. SHPROHLI can show a live transcript and create a final transcript after the call. With your explicit approval of the service and date/time limits, SHPROHLI may either book or confirm one appointment with the called recipient. Confirming an existing appointment requires its exact date and time. A new booking uses the first offered time that meets your limits. Rescheduling, cancellations, payments, deposits and new financial or cancellation terms are excluded. The recipient must confirm the appointment during the call; a proposed time alone is not a confirmed booking. SHPROHLI has no access to the recipient's calendar.

4. Your responsibilities

You must have a legitimate reason to contact the recipient and be entitled to use and share the information you provide. Review the call plan carefully, respect refusals and blocked-number requests, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

5. Beta credits and availability

The beta includes three promotional call credits. A credit is reserved when a call starts. It is used only after the recipient consents and gives a substantive answer to your task. A factual negative answer, an answer that they do not know, or a referral to another contact also counts. A connection, greeting, silence or immediate refusal alone does not use a credit. If no substantive answer is confirmed, the credit is returned when the call ends. The task does not have to be resolved. No payments during the beta. Supported destinations, languages, limits, features and availability may change during the beta.

6. AI limitations

AI conversations, live transcripts and final transcripts can be incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected. Check important names, dates, numbers, instructions and commitments. Do not rely on SHPROHLI for urgent or high-risk decisions.

7. Suspension and termination

SHPROHLI may block or stop calls, suspend an account or restrict access when safety, abuse prevention, security or service limits require it. You may stop using the service at any time and can request deletion of your account through the available account controls.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the beta develops. The version and effective date shown above identify the current terms. If a future change requires renewed acceptance, SHPROHLI will ask you before you can place another call.
