Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for safe, legitimate and low-risk use of SHPROHLI.

Version 1 · Effective 2 Sept 2026

Supported use

Use SHPROHLI for legitimate, low-risk everyday calls where the recipient may reasonably be contacted.

With your explicit approval of the service and date/time limits, SHPROHLI may either book or confirm one appointment with the called recipient. Confirming an existing appointment requires its exact date and time. A new booking uses the first offered time that meets your limits. Rescheduling, cancellations, payments, deposits and new financial or cancellation terms are excluded. The recipient must confirm the appointment during the call; a proposed time alone is not a confirmed booking. SHPROHLI has no access to the recipient's calendar.

  • Request routine information
  • Ask about appointment times or documents, or explicitly authorise one appointment within your approved limits
  • Ask whether a document arrived, request a form or check an application status
  • Deliver a neutral everyday message

Prohibited use

Do not use SHPROHLI for emergencies, harassment, threats, coercion, deception, impersonation, spam, bulk marketing, political persuasion, unlawful surveillance or attempts to bypass a refusal. High-risk legal, medical, financial, contractual and employment decisions or negotiations are not supported.

Identity and facts

Use your real identity and provide only information you are entitled to use. Check the prepared call plan and do not ask the assistant to invent facts, conceal who it represents or make unauthorised commitments.

Consent and recording

SHPROHLI identifies itself as an AI assistant and asks the recipient whether the conversation may be recorded and transcribed. Their answer is processed by AI to recognise the choice. The main conversation and recording start only after consent. Do not attempt to bypass, pressure or mislead the recipient about this choice.

Service limits

SHPROHLI supports only the destinations, languages and call types shown in the product. SHPROHLI may block or stop calls when safety, abuse-prevention or service limits require it.
